Meet Katara, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption

Katara

 Meet Katara

Katara

Katara has been with our rescue for 6 weeks. In those weeks she has learned to share, some commands, rides great in a car, walks well on a leash …. All big strides from living in a tough past. She just had her 1st Heartworm injection on 4/26 and did fine. Keeping her calm is not an issue as her personality is just that . Katara did not seem interested on her cat meet until the cat got her nose she backed off but all could be different in a home. She is dog and child friendly but is cautious until she knows treats will be given. Her 2 nd and 3rd hw injections will be the end of May but she can still find her new home now. Katara loves to cuddle and I’m sure she is happy to be given good care….
