Meet Marcus, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption
Hey, I’m Marcus. I came from a very small shelter in rural West Texas where the volunteers at New Hope and shelter staff worked really hard to get me to Colorado. My foster mom thinks I am a mix of heeler, hound, and maybe a little bit of lab. No matter what I am a mix of, everyone thinks I’m pretty dang cute. My foster mom jokes that I should be able to fly with how big my ears are. I am a very friendly boy who is only about a year old but I still act like a puppy. I’m working on learning some manners and basic commands. Even though I have some things to learn I am already crate trained and potty trained. I would probably do best with an active family who is willing to take me on lots of adventures but at the same time I love to curl up and cuddle with my people at the end of the day. I get along great with dogs and enjoy running in the back yard with all my foster siblings. I can’t wait to meet my forever family and I really hope you’re it.
