Meet Ferris, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption

 Meet Ferris

Ferris

Hi. I'm Ferris. I came from a very small rural shelter on the border of NM and TX in a small town called Farewell. I am lucky to have escaped the shelter and have made my way to CO in search of a better life. My foster mom says that I am one very smart and loving boy. I do have a higher energy level for a heeler and love to go on walks and play in the backyard with all the other dogs in my foster home. I zoom around the yard in big ole circles waiting for the other dogs to catch me. My foster mom says that it is really funny to watch. I love to show my affection to my foster parents. I will sit between your legs just waiting to be pet and have my ears scratched. Event though I really love to hiking and walking I am really good at snuggling too. I am a handsome boy with ears that stick straight up and a nice full plush fur coat. I am very attentive to my foster parents and they think I would be an even better dog with just a little training. I am a quick learner though. I am crate trained and potty trained. I just want a family that will show me all the wonderful things that CO has to offer and that will let me cuddle up with them at the end of the day. Are you it?
