Meet Mulligan, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption

 Meet Mulligan

Mulligan

Hi. I'm Mulligan. I arrived from rural Kermit, TX in May 2018. I was found on an abandoned piece of property with my doggie girlfriend and babies. New Hope found homes for all of my

When i first arrived I was very scared of everything around me and I did not even know what a leash was. Now I get excited when I see a leash as it means we are going on a walk. I am also crate trained and potty trained.

I get along well with other dogs and my forever home MUST have another doggy companion as it makes me feel more comfortable and I like to follow their lead. I also love my kitty friends and would do well in a forever home with them

My forever family needs to understand and be willing to work with me and be patient as I learn that humans are not scary. Even though I let my foster pet me, new situations and people are very scary to me and I need lots of time to adjust. Kids over the age of 15 would be okay but younger kids make too many movements and noises that would scare me.

I am a very sweet and affectionate  boy to the people I love in my life and after a year and a half in foster care would really love to land my forever family. Once you're in my inner circle I will love you forever. Are you my perfect family? If so, please apply to meet me today!
