Meet Dottie, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption

Dottie

 Meet Dottie

Dottie

Dottie has been resting and recovering from having puppies and is slowly starting to show her personality. She so far is very timid and needs patience and kindness. She loves to lie outside on the deck in the sun. She sleeps well in a crate but cries a bit when she is lonley. She is not a big barker and eats food well with the other dogs in the house. She is nervous around the cat but leaves him alone. She loves to be loved and is learning how to sit and lie down in her bed. She would love a family that will give her lots of love and patience. She is learning to walk on a leash and not have to be coaxed along. She likes her alone time and sometimes has to be encouraged to soicalize and reassured that she is wanted. She loves her sibling dogs and gets nervous when they are not around. She will need to be in a house with other dogs. Kids would be a great bonus as she gets super happy to see them, and the more, the better!
