Meet Willie, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption

Willie

 Meet Willie

Willie

Willie is wonderful dog. He loves to play with toys, go for walks, is house trained, crate trained, and gets along very well with other dogs. He was in a shelter for at least two months before coming to New Hope Cattle Dogs Rescue. He craves attention and can get pawsy, jumpy and a little mouthy. It is very important for any adopter to be aware the he can attach to a new owner quickly and become protective. So introducing him to new people should be done slowly (potentially over several days at minimum) and precautions should be taken until he can adjust to the new people. NHCDR highly recommends that potential adopters should to be experienced Cattle Dog owners.
