Meet Corey, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption

Corey

 Meet Corey

Corey

Notes from the foster: Initially Corey came to us very nervous and scared. Our 2 yr old rottweiler female Molly is a very happy go lucky girl, and her attempts to play with Corey were met with fearful aggression. The first few days were tough. With patience and consistency, Corey has opened up and learned that trust is an ok deal. Molly taught Corey that his crate was a good place by joining him in there. The two are now inseparable. Best buddies. And now Corey has the confidence to sleep in his crate on his own. Corey has gone with foster mom everywhere. From my work, to the gym, crowded stores, parks, friends houses, dogs, kids, all the distractions ive thrown at him, nothing derails him. Corey is an amazing dog. Incredibly smart, sweet, and loyal. Wherever he goes he will excel as a companion and a pet. We think he will do best in a home with a buddy and folks who are around a lot.
