Sweetheart Remi is finally ready to find her forever home!  She has been through so much, from going through heartworm treatment, then becoming very close to dying because of somone not following heartworm protocol, to going through 7 months of rehab and tests to get her ready for her new adventure....Remi will need to be on heart medication for her life (it is about $15.00 a month) and of course heartworm monthly prevention..The Dr. said she can hike and play again and just get loved...

It will take a special family who is willing to take her in and but she will melt you heart as she knows she has been given that 2nd chance in life......no cats as she likesto chase squirels and rabbits so thinking she would chase them too even though she was not tested....... -
