Meet Hamie, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption

Hamie

 Meet Hamie

Hamie

Hamie was rescued along with her dog friend by a Good Samaritan in New Mexico. Hamie is the cutest wiggle butt when she gets excited to see you! She is gentle and loves to cuddle and get belly rubs. Hamie is a quick and eager learner and although at times gets excited by passing cyclists, cars, and critters, she has made great improvements in her foster home. If you understand Cattle Dogs and are willing to continue helping with Hamie's learning and discipline, you need to meet this wonderful girl! Walking Hamie is a breeze using her Gentle Leader dog collar. Hamie is house-trained, enjoys going to the vet, sleeps great through the night without a crate, can be left alone in your home as she's not destructive, and has learned to sit, shake and stay - but all need continued reinforcement in her new home. Hamie is social with dogs and loves playing with those she clicks with. She gets along with dog-friendly cats. The family who will give Hamie the love and attention she deserves will be so lucky to adopt this precious girl.
