Bruiser is a beautiful, clever, and cool lady. At 4 months young, she is full of energy, and is still learning the tricks of dog world. She has started training sessions, and is fairly solid on sit, lay, stay, and leave it. She is a very intelligent and quick learning gal. She is independent and makes up her own play. She sleeps well through the night, and is quickly mastering house training. She overstimulates at times, and requires crate breaks and naps. She does not love the crate but is improving in her tolerance of it. She does require quite a bit of attention. As a puppy, she is teething, and still pretty mouthy, so she requires an assortment of chew toys around her. She does well with dogs, cats, and kids (only been tested with older kids). She is a very active heeler, and her ideal home would allow for plenty of time and space outdoors to expend her energy. She would also do best with another dog or 2 of strong personality. She can be an alpha herself. She does well in the car, and enjoys outings. She is still honing her leash walking skills and hiking etiquette. She is incredibly athletic and agile, and could have a talented future as an agility dog, which would also be a good outlet for her.
