Meet Edda, a New Hope Cattle Dog Available For Adoption

Edda

 Meet Edda

Edda

Edda is a sweet, smart, energetic, and loving dog looking for a family who can provide her with the structure and support she needs to thrive. She's potty trained and sleeps in her crate throughout the night. We're working on helping her become more comfortable in her crate during the day and on a place cot, as she is showing some initial signs of separation anxiety. Given her high energy, Edda would benefit from a calm, structured environment where she can learn to settle and quiet her mind. While Edda enjoys being active and loves going on walks, she is still adjusting to the world around her. She can be easily startled by unfamiliar sounds, so she would do best in a home where she is slowly and carefully exposed to new environments. Patience and understanding will be key as she builds her confidence in new situations. Edda currently lives with two male dogs and has shown that she can get along well with other dogs. We recommend a dog-savvy owner who understands the importance of providing clear structure and managing her high energy. With the right guidance, Edda will continue to blossom into a well-adjusted and loving companion, ready to be your adventure buddy! You can see more of Edda on her foster’s instagram page smokeyandbanditcolorado. Please ask to meet Edda soon!
